Returns and Exchanges

We are not happy with your purchase until you are.

All returns must be accompanied by an R/A (Return Authorization) number and a copy of the original receipt. Please communicate with us prior to the 14 day return period for your R/A if one is needed. An R/A number is NOT needed if making the return of merchandise in person. All original packaging and hang-tags must accompany your return.

Note that we will not accept the return of any used merchandise whatsoever.

"REGULAR" priced items can be returned for a full refund.

"SALE" items can be returned for exchange or store credit note only.

Returns can be made by the courier of your choice and at the sender’s expense - we recommend that the shipment also be insured.

Regarding Luggage Warranties: Most warranties cover manufacturers defects and/or poor workmanship, not damage due to mishandling. Always check your luggage when collecting it from a common carrier.
